2) if 2 branches blocked → stent/angioplasty

Nitrates - NOT FOR RIGHT SIDED MI as RV is pre-load determinant
Aspirin FOR ANY CHEST PAIN
 
Beta-blocker - GO HOME ALWAYS
ACEi
Statin
Therapeutic Heparin - if CAD risk high
Clopidegrel - if CAD risk is high
 
ABAS → will go home on as every vascular disease person
  • + nitrates FOR continously have angina
  • + clopidogrel FOR stent (DES → one year. BMS → one month, if not no need)
