6-8w - raises head to 45 degrees in prone (tummy time)
2m - head and body in same horizontal plane
3m - neck holding, head control
5m/6m - sits with support
6m prone to supine, supine to prone, sit without support but round back. prone - lift chest, extend arms
8m - sits without support with straight back (limit age 9 months)
9m - crawling, stands with support
10m - stands independantly, cruises around furniture
11m - walks with support
12m walks indenpendantly (unsteady), broad gait with hands apart (limit age - 18m)
15m walks steadily, crawls steps
18m - climbs stairs holding railings, walks backwards,

Vision and fine motor
newborn - grasp reflex present, turns towards diffuse light
6w - following moving object (mother's face) with face by turning the head (fixing and following) limit age - 3m, respond to sound around them
3m - grasp relfex disappears, hand regard finger play, claps and unclaps handd
4m - hands come together in midline, reaches out for toys (limit age 6m)
5m - mouthing appears, bidextrous approach, palmar grasp
6m - drops when the object is given
7m - unidextrous, transfers onjects (limit age 9m)
9m - immature princer grasp, index finger approach
10m - mature princer grasp (limit age 12 months)
12m - casting appears (throwing), mouthing disappears, scribbles with pencil, drinks from cup
15m - use spoon with spillages, cribbles, look with interest at pictures
18m - use cup with spillage, tower of 3 cubes, turns 2-3 pages at a time
2yr - vertical strokes (16 - 18m) , 6 cubes, turning one page at a time - 3 years
2.5 yrs - tower of 8 cubes, train with four blocks, recognises himself in photo
3yr - circle, 9 cubes, handedness develops, bridge, draw a man with head and one part, match 2-3 colors

square/rectangle, cross (3,5 yrs), draw person with 2 to 4 body parts, uses scissors. can thread smaller beads
5 yr triangle, can tie shoelaces, can draw person with atleasr 5-6 body parts, uses fork and spoon
Hearing, speech and language
Newborn - startles to loud noises
3m - cooing (6w) - responsice talk with mother (vocalises alone or when spoken to, coos and laughs), stops whimpering to human voice
3m-4m - vocalises pleasure
6m - monosyllables -Ba.Ma
7m - turns to soft sounds out of sight, polysyllabic babbles
9m - bisyllables, simple words - baba
7m-10m - mama, dada (indiscriminately to discriminately)
12m - two words with meaning (other than mama, dada) + understands name (drink)
15m - jargoning
18m - 10 words with meaning (6-10), is able to point to two parts of the body
2yrs - simple sentences
20m - 24m - join two or more words
3yrs - name, age, gender + talks in 3-4 word sentences + understands two joined commands, 3 colors, count upto 10
4yrstories + poems + songs, first and last name, 5-6 colors
5yr - colors, simple story with full sentences
Social, emotional and behavioural
6w - social smile, smiles responsively (limit age - 8w)
3m - recognises mother
6m - mirror play
6-8m puts food in mouth
6m - reconizes strangers

5m - dress and undress without assistance, more likely to agree to rules, sing dance act, concern and empathy to others, gender, sometimes demanding sometimes very cooperatve
